Our Property at 1222 S 17th. Vinyl sided, new vinyl windows and three year old roof at the time of the complaint. The property received a second order a year and a half later, while the adjoining properties remained largely ignored by DNS despite these pictures being given to them

Garage at 1246 S 17th with a 3 by 2 hole, but no orders and no complaint

Abandoned car, defective parking and a bad fence at 1200 S 17th No orders, no complaint

Defective parking 1206 S 17th and no rear house number. Again no orders or complaint

1239 S Caesar Chávez Drive defective siding, needs paint. If you were guessing no request for exterior survey and no orders issued , of course you would be correct.

1210 S 17th truck on unpaved area. No orders

Garage at 1226 S 17th, which adjoins our property. As expected no orders

Garage at 1230 S 17th Defective roof, fence needs paint and repairs -no orders

1243, 1305 and 1309 S Caesar Chávez Drive (Next two pictures)directly across the alley from us. All in need of paint siding etc. All ignored by the "complainant" and the inspector.


In fact the entire alley could use a survey. Here is the fence at 1242 S 17th. It looks much worse in person due to the backlit picture. The unnumbered garage next to it is bad etc.
